Dana Reiff | Assistant to President
Dana has been employed by CTA, Inc. since 1997. She works directly with Christina Talarico, President of CTA, Inc., with the daily operations and special projects to create goals and monitor daily functions as well as plan for future growth. Prior experience with CTA, Inc. includes Staffing Specialist. Dana was instrumental in establishing highly successful relationships for the company. Dana’s hobby is selling on Ebay.
Mary McDonald | Employment Transition Specialist
Mary relocated to Pennsylvania from New York in 2002. She has prior experience in New York working for a well established search firm. Mary also has an extensive background in retail. She has an Associates degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and a Bachelors degree from St. John University. In her career she held positions as a Store Manager, Buyer, and District Manager. Her responsibilities always included HIRING!! Mary started with CTA, Inc. in 2009 as an Employment Transition Specialist. Her role as an Employment Transition Specialist is to recruit, screen and place the top 10% of candidates in their fields. She works in the Professional division, her areas of expertise are Medical, Retail, Sales and Marketing. Mary enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and watching her kids participate in sporting events.
Erica Spayd | Employment Transition Specialist
Erica has been employed with CTA for over 4 years. and has prior experience in Customer Service. She is responsible for pre-screening resumes and candidates, scheduling candidate / client meetings and guaranteeing a smooth transaction in joining CTA, Inc. as the top 10% of candidates who represents us on a daily basis.
Chery Yeager | Special Project Coordinator
Chery assists our Employment Transition Specialists with various clerical duties including reference checks and research. She is also involved with marketing mail-outs and promotional projects.
Amy Piccioni | VP of Marketing
Amy recently moved from Arkansas to Pennsylvania in 2008. Being new in the area she came to Chris TALARICO & Associates, Inc. looking for work; started working at CTA, Inc., directly with Christina Talarico, President of CTA, with special marketing projects in May of 2008. She is an active member of GRYP (Greater Reading Young Professionals) and also co-produces Chris Talarico’s DreamersTV. Amy aspires to one day have a successful clothing store of her own to promote her own clothing line, “Rockstar Designs.” Amy’s favorite hobby is hanging out with her friends and meeting new people.
B. Malanios | Public Relations & Sales Director
B is the newest addition to the CTA, Inc. Team. B serves as Public Relations & Sales Director coordinating special projects and sales campaigns at Chris TALARICO & Associates, Inc. A Berks County native, B enjoys spending time with her family and friends, keeping up with all of the new and exciting things that are happening in the Greater Reading area including assisting the Reading Symphony Orchestra to bring the youth of tomorrow back to music, and thinks that life is nothing without music.
Laura Walters | Payroll Administrator

Processes all time cards, enters all information to generate paychecks for our temporary employees and handles all customer service inquiries related to payroll processing. One of her greatest joys is spending time with her three grandchildren, listening to music, and hanging out with her friends.
